Meet your designer
A free consultation at our studio, your home or on video. We listen to how you live, measure the space and talk budget honestly.

Week 1–2
Design & 3D views
Layouts, moodboards and photo-real 3D views of every room. Change anything — colours, materials, layout — as many times as you like.

Week 2–3
Book & lock the design
Pay 10% to book. Finalise finishes with real samples and sign off a line-by-line quote with no hidden charges.
04
Week 3–6
Factory production & site work
Modules are made in the factory while our crew prepares the site. 120+ quality checks and a WhatsApp update every week.
05
Day 45
Handover & move in
Installation, deep cleaning and styling — then the keys, your warranty card and a 10-year promise.
Payments
Pay in stages, as work progresses
You only pay for each stage when it begins — and the final instalment only after you've checked every drawer and switch.

It depends on the size of the home, the rooms you include and the finishes you choose. As a guide, a 2 BHK in our Signature range starts around ₹6.5 lakh. Try the Design Studio for an instant estimate tailored to your choices.
How long does a project take?
Most apartments are handed over in 45–60 days from design sign-off. Villas and homes with civil work take 75–100 days. Your timeline is written into the agreement.
Can I change the design after seeing the 3D views?
Yes — as many times as you need until you sign off the final design. After production starts, changes are still possible but may affect cost and timeline; we'll always show you the impact first.
Do I get to choose the materials myself?
Every one of them. Visit our studio to see and touch laminates, veneers, countertops, fabrics and hardware, or ask your designer to bring samples home.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your quote lists every item, material and service. If you change something, we send a revised quote before any work happens.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 10-year warranty covers modular furniture and hardware against manufacturing defects, plus free service visits in the first year.
Do you offer EMI?
No-cost EMI with partner banks. Your designer can share the options and paperwork during the consultation.
Which areas do you work in?
We work across Bengaluru and nearby cities. Write to us for projects elsewhere — we take on select villas and offices outside the city.
