How we price
Clear rates, never a lump sum
- Indicative estimate based on typical sizes — final quantities are confirmed after a free site measurement.
- Rates include design, materials, factory finishing, transport and installation. GST is shown separately.
- Not included unless listed: civil changes, plumbing re-routing, appliances, loose furniture, décor and curtains.
- Material grades follow the specification shown; any change is re-quoted in writing before production.
- Handover timeline starts after design sign-off and site readiness.

It uses our standard rates and typical sizes for your home, so it's a dependable planning figure. Your final quotation is confirmed after a free site measurement — exact sizes, site conditions and design changes can move it up or down.
Is GST included?
Yes. GST on interior works is 18%. We show it as a separate line and include it in the total.
What isn't included?
Civil changes, plumbing re-routing, appliances, loose furniture, décor and curtains — unless you add them to your quotation.
Why are kitchens priced per running foot?
A modular kitchen's cost grows with its length along the counter, so it's priced per running foot (rft). Wardrobes, TV units and panels are priced per square foot of front area — width × height.
How do I pay?
